During WWI the Sopwith Camel was famous in many dogfights in the sky over Europe.
Later it was made famous again in cartoons when Snoopy fought the red baron from
on top of his doghouse.
Our model of the Sopwith Camel with a 29 1/2 inch wingspan is built just like the original of WWI.
Using fabric stretched over a lightweight wooden frame.
If snoopy's doghouse had been built like this he may have done better in his battles.
