ReturnsIf for any reason, you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, return the product to us in new and original condition within 14-days for a credit or refund.
Sorry shipping costs are not refundable.
Many of the products are delivered in a collectable gift box. We take great pains to preserve the package. If you are returning a product that is in a gift box, please preserve the condition of the box. (No tape please!) Pack it in another box or wrap it with shipping paper.
Sales TaxSales tax is necessary for deliveries to Washington state only. The tax rate is 8.9%.

International Shipping:
Please e-mail your order and we will respond back with shipping times and costs for your approval. Please note that Nostalgic Bay has the right to refuse shipping to some foreign countries.
